Rodent premises matters
Retained opinion work on mice and rats in commercial buildings, rental housing and institutional facilities: injury and illness claims, property and product damage, and contract disputes over rodent programs.
What I review
- Rodent monitoring and service records, station maps and station readings over time.
- Sanitation, maintenance and exclusion records, and the facility's own complaint and work-order history.
- Photographs, droppings, gnaw damage and other physical evidence.
- The building itself: entry points, harborage and the conditions around it.
What I give an opinion on
- Identification of the rodent and the extent and duration of the activity.
- What the monitoring records showed, and when.
- Whether the facility and its provider responded as a reasonable owner and provider would.
- Building and sanitation conditions that supported the activity.
